Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity sharesPursuant to exchange of warrantsHousing Development Finance Corporation on 10 August 2012 has allotted 24,14,850 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exchange of 24,14,850 warrants by 73 warrant holders of the corporation.Further, the corporation has extinguished the said 24,14,850 warrants and the outstanding warrants post the said exchange stands at 2,26,10,195.Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs 302.62 crore consisting of 151,31,28,690 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
