India Glycols allots equity sharesOn 29 September 2012The board of India Glycols at its meeting held on 29 September 2012 has allotted 3305259 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 128.56 per share aggregating to Rs 138.56 per equity share to promoters and promoters' group companies as approved by the shareholders at their meeting held on 15 September 2012.
