Infosys recommends final dividend & special dividend Final dividend at the rate of Rs 22 per share The board of Infosys in its meeting on 13 April 2012 has recommended final dividend at the rate of Rs 22 per share and a special dividend (10 years of Infosys BPO operations) at the rate of Rs 10 per share.
