Infosys to announce Q2 resultsBoard meeting on 12 October 2012The board meeting of Infosys will be held on 12 October 2012 to consider and approve the audited financial results of the company as per Indian GAAP for the quarter and half-year ending 30 September 2012 and to consider the audited consolidated financial results of the company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and half-year ending 30 September 2012 as per IFRS. The board will also consider declaration of interim dividend, if any.
