Lok Housing & Constructions to announce financial resultsOn 07 August 2012The board meeting of Lok Housing & Constructions will be held on 07 August 2012 to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2012.The board will also consider the preferential issue of securities to the promoters and non promoters of the company, towards raising of additional capital by the company pursuant to Section 81(1 A) of the Companies Act, 1956 and as per Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2009.
