Magnum Ventures appoints company secretary With effect from 01 December 2011 Magnum Ventures has announced that the existing company secretary Ravi Shankar Tiwari has resigned from the company with effect from 24 October 2011. The company has appointed Vidhi Gupta as new company Secretary with effect from 01 December 2011.
