Merck appoints managing directorWith effect from 01 August 2012Merck has announced that the company has appointed Claus-Dieter Boedecker as additional director and managing director of the company with effect from 01 August 2012 in place of Marek Dziki, present managing director of the company, whose term is expiring on 31 July 2012. Hence, Marek Dizki will cease to be a director and managing director of the company with effect from 31 July 2012.
