Nikki Global Finance appoints auditors The equity shareholders of Nikki Global Finance have approved the appointment of Jalaj Agarwal & Associates, Chartered Accountants as auditors of the company to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Singh Bajpai & Associates, Chartered Accountants.This was approved at the extraordinary general meeting held on 30 September 2011.
