Pioneer Investcorp allots warrants
To Gaurang Gandhi
The board of Pioneer Investcorp has allotted 15,00,000 warrants (convertible into one equity shares of face value Rs 10 each) to Gaurang Gandhi, promoter and managing director of the company at a price of Rs 630 per warrant.
These warrants were allotted at the board meeting held on 12 February 2008.
