Zenith Infotech to raise funds The board of Zenith Infotech in its meeting on 27 December 2010 has resolved to raise the funds for re-payment / redemption of FCCBs due in August 2011 and August 2012 and for this purpose the company is calling an EGM for obtaining shareholders' approval for borrowing monies upto Rs. 1,500 crore.
