To, The Members For the purpose of collection of margin from the clients, members are allowed to accept approved securities apart from the other forms of collaterals from the clients. It is clarified that, where the client has deposited margin with the member in the form of securities, the member has to deploy his own funds for meeting margin requirements for the open positions of the clients. In such cases, the members may levy interest or any other charge as per the terms consented by the client.
