BSFL launches micro-housing loan product

BASIX is thus contributing to Inclusive Growth by not only providing financial assistance to the poor but also providing safe living place and secured investment with technical assistance from Micro Home Solutions

Bhartiya Samruddhi Finance Limited , a flagship company of BASIX group has formally launched its micro-housing loan product with the inauguration of its first customer’s house by Sajeev Viswanathan, CEO  & MD, BSFL on 21st July, 2010 in Delhi.

On this auspicious occasion, he further said, our goal has been always been to provide un bankable customers access to credit at reasonable cost and in this direction affordable housing loan for marginalized section of urban India is a critical linkage of enhancement of livelihood mission for Basix.

BASIX is thus contributing to Inclusive Growth by not only providing financial assistance to the poor but also providing safe living place and secured investment with technical assistance from Micro Home Solutions (MHS). BSFL will roll out this successful micro housing loan product to more than 21 cities pan India.

Speaking on this occasion, Mr Vasu, Sr. Manager-Micro Housing- BSFL said: “We are extremely happy that we are able to address the housing problem of poor’s through this product. This product will be our endeavor in providing better living conditions to the unorganized urban poor. With this new product, BASIX would be able to cater the housing needs of both self employed as well as small salaried household’s upto Rs. 3 Lacs. ”
