Living in a metropolitan, so urbanized we completely forget about the Environment, how we must conserve it and breathe some fresh air. Considering the population in Mumbai, residential space is an issue. Everyone wants a house but how many of them want to plant a garden within? Practically due to less spacing it is hard to have a little garden in a house but then nothing is impossible after-all.
Avant-Garde Architects Pvt. Ltd has come up with the new concept of the vertical gardens, initiated by Ar.Karan Joshi this new idea seems to be a problem solver. The vertical gardens are built up in such a way that they don’t occupy much space & at the same time fulfill the need of a garden. The mechanism behind it is very simple; the plantation is done vertically with the support of a wall saving horizontal space, letting the plant grow on the wall.
Also the garden is positioned in such a way that the fresh aroma enters the house keeping it positive and developing a healthy atmosphere to live in. By adapting to this new style you can have a beautiful garden at your home and also build up a clean and fresh environment to live in.
Karan Joshi is a young entrepreneur & Architect who holds a certified degree with a first class in Architecture, and his art is known across the region. He is emerging as a major figure in contemporary architecture nation wide.
His response on his project was: “his main focus was developing a garden while dealing with the spacing problem. And how a wall could be utilized and a vertical garden could be created positioned in such a way that space wouldn’t be an issue and at the same time it would help grow a healthier environment at home.”
Vertical gardens are the new form of incorporating a fresh and healthy atmosphere and would help in the beautification of your home making it a positive place to live in.
