Net profit of Bhushan Steel rose 14.91% to Rs 330.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 287.96 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011. Sales rose 44.63% to Rs 2743.43 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 1896.83 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.
For the unaudited full year, net profit rose 1.92% to Rs 1024.35 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 1005.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales rose 42.17% to Rs 9622.84 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 6768.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
