Manipal Education Malaysia (MEM) and Biocon Sdn Bhd, Malaysia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Biocon, India, have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate for the development of human capital for the biotechnology industry in Malaysia.
