The board of Birla Pacific Medspa in its meeting on 25 May 2012 has approved appointment of R. P. Mishra as an additional director of the company.
The board has accepted resignation of Khyati Mashru as company secretary of the company and appointed Karishma Palejwala as new company secretary of the company.
