The committee of Bombay Rayon Fashions in its meeting on 30 September 2011 has approved the allotment of 25 lakh equity shares to B R Machine Tools consequent upon exercise of option for conversion of optionally convertible warrants issued earlier at an exercise price of Rs 263 per equity share.
