The board of Brady & Morris Engineering Company in its meeting on 12 August 2011 has passed a resolution for allotment of 75 lakh redeemable non-convertible non-cumulative preference shares of Rs 10 each, aggregating to Rs 7.50 crore to W. H. Brady & Co.
