Brigade Group has announced the launch of Brigade Value Homes, a part of the Brigade Orchards, at Devanahalli in Bangalore, according to reports.
Reports stated that Rs15bn mixed use development is spread over 100 acres.
The first two blocks, Aspen and Banyan, will together have a total of 528 apartments of two bedroom (1,000 square feet) and three bedroom (1,200 square feet) with a total saleable area of about 5.8 lakh square feet, says report.
