Ranbaxy slumps as Daiichi says misled over probes

Ranbaxy Laboratories fell 9.05% to Rs 392.10 at 12:08 IST on BSE after majority shareholder Daiichi Sankyo said it believes former shareholders of the Indian company hid information regarding US regulatory probes.

Brooks Laboratories net profit rises 13.67% in the June 2012 quarter

Sales rise 19.13% to Rs 13.95 crore

Net profit of Brooks Laboratories rose 13.67% to Rs 1.58 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 1.39 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011. Sales rose 19.13% to Rs 13.95 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 11.71 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011.
