Canara Bank has appointed Sunder Rajan Raman currently Executive Director, Union Bank of India, as the Chairman and Managing Director of Canara Bank.
His term is with effect from September 1, 2010 up to September 30, 2012 i.e., the date on which he would attain the age of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
