Canara Bank net profit rises 6.80% in the June 2012 quarter

Sales rise 18.39% to Rs 8472.86 crore

Canara Bank net profit rose 6.80% to Rs 775.24 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 725.85 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011. Total Operating Income rose 18.39% to Rs 8472.86 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 7156.57 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011.
