Castrol India's director resigns

With effect from 20 December 2011

The board of Castrol India on 03 January 2012 has accepted the resignation of Deepak S Parekh, non-executive director of the company with effect from 20 December 2011.

Further, the board has appointed Uday Khanna as additional director of the company with effect from 03 January 2012.
