Cemex mulls buying Penna Cements: report

Penna Cement has a capacity of 5mn tpa across three plants in Andhra Pradesh.

Cemex is looking to acquire Penna Cement, according to reports. The promoters hold 100% of Penna Cement. The promoters also have a real estate business. Penna Cement has a capacity of 5mn tpa across three plants in Andhra Pradesh, the report quoted.


Cemex is the third largest producer of cement in the world.
