The board of Centron Industrial Alliance in its meeting on 23 July 2012 has decided to increase the authorised share capital of the company from Rs 5 crore to Rs 10 crore.
The board has approved the preferential issue of 80,00,000 warrants convertible in to shares to the interested investors.
