The BK Birla Group firm Century Textiles has hired the Shapoorji Pallonji group to develop a 20-acre property at the site of a textile mill in Worli in Central Mumbai, according to a report.
The report stated that the firm controlled by Pallonji Mistry has also started soil testing to build residential towers in a 10-acre property at Prabhadevi which overlooks the Mahindra group’s sprawling corporate headquarters.
BK Birla and Kumar Mangalam Birla are co-owners of shares in Pilani Investments, which holds promoters’ investments in Century Textiles, says report.
