The board of Chartered Logistics in its meeting on 15 October 2011 has declared interim dividend at the rate of Re 0.10 per share (10%) for the FY 2011-12.
Further, the board has accepted the resignation of Jayprakash Gandhi, independent director of the company with effect from 15 October 2011.
