Chemfab Alkalis reported net profit of Rs 1.87 crore in the quarter ended September 2011. Sales reported to Rs 24.26 crore in the quarter ended September 2011. As per scheme of arrangement, the company demerged the business of Hollow Fibre Ultra Filtration Membranes, Packaged Drinking and Energy Water and Health Shoppee to Titanium Equipment and Anode Manufacturing Company Ltd with effect from 01 December 2010. Hence, the current quarter ended September 2011 is not comparable with the corresponding previous quarter ended September 2010.
