The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India is planning to set up an institute in the city to impart education and facilitate research in the real estate sector, according to reports.
Reports stated that the institute will become functional by June 2014.
Credai will tie up and get affiliated to top international institutes having expertise in the real estate domain, says report.
