For the Audited full year,net profit declined 78.88% to Rs 5.44 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 25.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales rose 2.60% to Rs 305.04 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 297.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
