Dabur India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held January 31, 2012, have approved the following changes in directorate of the Company:
The board has consider acceptance of resignation of Pradip Burman as Executive Director (Promoter) of the Company.
The board has also consider appointment of Saket Burman as additional Director (Promoter) of the Company.
