Devika Proteins to change its name

To convene EGM

The board of Devika Proteins in its meeting on 07 May 2011 has decided to change of name of the company from Devika Proteins to Dharti Proteins, subject to approval of members.

Further, the board has decided to convene extraordinary general meeting on 30 June 2011.
