The board meeting of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation will be held on 10 May 2012 to consider and approve the audited financial results of the company (stand alone) for the 4th quarter / year ended 31 March 2012 and to consider the audited consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 March 2012. The board will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any.
