For the Audited full year,net profit declined 88.81% to Rs 0.16 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 1.43 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales declined 11.40% to Rs 45.22 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 51.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
