Divis Laboratories Ltd has said that the company refered to several news items in the newspapers stating that AP Pollution Control Board has served orders or closure notices to several pharma companies including Divis Pharma Ltd or Divi's Labs.
It appears that closure notices were issues by AP Pollution Board to 12 units located in the heart of the city of Hyderabad, one of them being Divis Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.
We wish to clarify that we, DIVI'S LABORATORIES LIMITED, do not have any business dealings or transactions with Divis Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. We also wish to clarify that our manufacturing facilities are located at Choutuppal village, Nalgonda District and Chippada Village, Bheemunipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam Dist.
