The board of Dynacons Systems & Solutions in its meeting on 29 August 2011 has approved consolidation of face value of equity shares of the company from Re 1 to Rs 10, subject to approval of members of the company.
Further, the board has approved the issue of equity shares and warrants on rights basis to the members of the company for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 12 crore, subject to approval of the members.
