Dynamatic Technologies Ltd has said that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2012, inter alia, has approved payment of 2nd Interim Dividend for the year 2011-12 @ 30% on 54,14,703 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each amounting to Rs.16,244,109/- (Rs.3.00 per share).
