Elecon Engineering Company Ltd. has informed that the Company has been awarded a Letter of Intent (LoI) of Rs 113mn from Cethar Ltd., (formerly Cethar Vessels Ltd.) from Tamilnadu.
The order is for Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Erection & Commissioning of one Stacker cum Reclaimer at SKS Power Generation Ltd.
Earlier today, Elecon Engineering Company informed that its Board of Directors will meet on May 12, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter / year ended on March 31, 2012 and to recommend dividend, if any, along with other business.
On Wednesday, the Company received an LoI worth Rs 194.5mn from Cethar Ltd. for Design, Manufacturing, Supply & Transportation, Erection and Commissioning of two Wagon Tipplers at SKS Power Generation Ltd.
