Enforcement Directorate is probing payments made by Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. unit SD Corp under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act in a cheating and corruption cases against Nitish Thakur, former Deputy Collector of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, Finance Minister Palaniappan Chidambaram reportedly said in a written reponse to parliament questions.
