EssarOil Ltd has said that the Company on May 07, 2012 has filed a writpetition in the Honourable Gujarat High Court to seek direction on therepayment instalments and interest in relation to its sales tax deferralliability to the Government of Gujarat.
Thispetition has no new impact on the Company’s business. The Company has alreadyrecognised this liability in its accounts for the quarter ended December 31,2011, reports added.
