The committee of Essar Ports in its meeting on 28 November 2011 has approved the grant of 7,08,380 stock options (convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company) to eligible employees including wholetime directors of the company and its subsidiaries, pursuant to Essar Ports Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2011.
Further, the committee has approved the grant of 31,954 stock options (convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs 10 each) to the eligible employees, subject to approval of members of the company.
