Everstone Capital Advisors and Emerging India Fund (EIF) - a fund by ICICI Bank have together invested $23.5 mn in Sohan Lal Commodity Management Private Limited for a 25.55% and 6.93% stake,according to reports.
Reports stated that Mayfield Fund and Nexus India Direct Investments (II) (Nexus) have also participated in the fresh round of funding.
