ExxonMobil showcases premium hydraulic lubricant at PlastIndia

India Infoline News Service / 14:56 , Feb 23, 2012

ExxonMobil showcased how its advanced Mobil DTE 10 Excel Series of hydraulic oils can help companies in the plastics industry enhance equipment performance and maximize productivity.

ExxonMobil Lubricants Private Limited featured the advanced lubricant technology of the ExxonMobil Fuels, Lubricants and Specialties Marketing Company, a division of Exxon Mobil Corporation, at the eighth annual International Plastics Exhibition and Conference in booth R32, Hall 16H at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India.

During the conference, which is one of the largest trade fairs for the plastics industry across the Asia Pacific region, ExxonMobil showcased how its advanced Mobil DTE 10 Excel Series of hydraulic oils can help companies in the plastics industry enhance equipment performance and maximize productivity.

“Today, as the plastics sector grows increasingly more competitive, companies are looking for new and innovative ways to operate more efficiently and cost effectively,” said Naveen Shukla, Asia Pacific Field Engineering Support Manager. “By leveraging ExxonMobil’s unique application expertise and range of premium-performance products, like the Mobil DTE 10 Excel Series of hydraulic fluids, companies in the plastics sector can help enhance their ability to reach their operation goals and gain a unique advantage in the marketplace.”

Developed through extensive research and testing with leading original equipment manufacturers, Mobil DTE 10 Excel Series oils are engineered to better address the lubrication demands of high-pressure industrial and mobile equipment. This award-winning series of hydraulic oils are proven to help plastic injection moulding operators generate significant performance and financial benefits, including improved system cleanliness, excellent shear and thermal stability and enhanced hydraulic efficiency.

Mobil DTE 10 Excel series not only exceeds current standards of hydraulic oil performance but can also help to deliver energy savings* versus ExxonMobil's conventional hydraulic oils, leading to improved machinery performance with increased productivity and cost savings.

In controlled laboratory efficiency testing, Mobil DTE 10 Excel was shown to provide up to a six percent improvement in hydraulic pump efficiency* compared to a reference fluid when operating in standard hydraulic applications.

Based on these exceptional results, the Mobil DTE 10 Excel Series oils are eligible to have ExxonMobil Lubricants & Specialties’ proprietary “Energy Efficiency” logo on packaging.

Mobil DTE 10 Excel Series meet or exceed nearly all major industry specifications, including Denison HF-O, Eaton M2950, CM P69 & P70, ISO11158 HV, DIN 51524, and JCMAS HK-1.
