The board meeting of Fiberweb India will be held on 30 July 2012 to consider and approve the audited annual accounts of the company for the year ended 31 March 2012 and to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results (provisional) for the first quarter ended 30 June 2012.
The board will also consider the reappointment of P V Sheth as chairman & managing director and P S Krishnan as executive director (whole time) of the company.
