A fire broke out reportedly at a Chevron Corp refinery in Richmond, Calif.
According to reports, the blaze has prompted a "shelter in place" warning due to hazardous chemicals believed to be emanating from the fire.Two large plumes of smoke were visible from as far away as the Bay Bridge. There were no casualties.
