Food and Nightlife magazine presented an exclusive evening full of unique culinary experience along with the Michelin Starred Indian Chef Vikas Khanna at Cibo, Hotel Janpath. The event was to unveil the February 2012 issue of Food and Nightlife Magazine which has Vikas Khanna on its cover. The evening was hosted by Sumit Goyal, Editor in Chief, Food and Nightlife magazine. It was a delightful experience for the Delhi's foodies as Chef Vikas Khanna shared his signature recipe ‘Tree Of Life’ in a live demo. The award winning chef's culinary skills are really awe inspiring and everybody present was totally over whelmed by the experience. Based in New York city, Chef Vikas Khanna is an award winning Michelin Starred Indian chef, restaurateur, food writer, filmmaker, humanitarian and also was the host of the TV Show Master Chef India (Season 2). He has worked with some of the most honored chefs in the world in New York. He has received glowing reviews from the press, his gastronomic peers and also recognition from the James Beard Foundation.
He has authored several books, including “The Spice Story of India” and “Modern Indian Cooking”. His latest book, “Flavors First” was published in 2011. He is the founder of Cooking for Life and SAKIV Organizations which hosts gastronomic events around the world in support of different relief efforts and awareness issues. Vikas was awarded a Michelin Star for his restaurant Junoon by Michelin Guide.
