GHCL net profit declined 38.56% to Rs 29.27 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 47.64 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011. Sales rose 35.73% to Rs 550.17 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 405.33 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011.
