As per the latest updates from the Spices Board of India, the average prices of cardamom in the auction held at Green House Cardamom Mktg.India Pvt. Ltd on Saturday (as on 18th August 2012) stood at Rs 735.29 and maximum price was at Rs 1,165 per kg. The arrivals and offtakes stood at 37996 kg and 35936 kg respectively.
The average price in the previous auction was Rs 776.22 per kg, meanwhile arrivals and offtakes stood at 55826 kg and 53547 kg respectively.
