The committee of Gateway Distriparks in its meeting on 15 march 2012 has allotted 6,813 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees of the company under the ESOP 2005 - II Scheme.
The committee has allotted 3,562 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees of the company under the ESOP 2005 - III Scheme.
Further, the committee has allotted 37,720 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees of the company under the ESOP 2005 - IV Scheme.
