The committee of Gateway Distriparks in its meeting on 27 April 2012 has allotted 3,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employee of the company under the ESOP 2005 - III Scheme.
The committee has allotted 940 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees of the company under the ESOP 2005 - IV Scheme.
Further, the committee has allotted 1,08,315 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees of the company under the ESOP 2005 - V Scheme.
